Does My Item Come With a Warranty?



Our commitment to quality is proven. Every Jack Mason watch now includes a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.



Leather products will be fully inspected for any manufacturer workmanship defects.  Once we determine there is a defect we will replace your product with the same style or a style of equal value based on the purchase price.  We cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for replacement.  In this case, you will be able to select a replacement or choose to accept a merchandise credit to use at a later date.


Any warranty will be void if the product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or any other factor not due to defects in manufacturer material or workmanship.  Jack Mason will not repair or have leather items repaired.  We will replace them if all conditions of this warranty are met.


At this time we do not offer warranties on home-good products such as candles and coasters or apparel accessories such as hats.
